A globally leading player in legal contract management approached us with two challenges: how to eliminate the process of manual entry of contracts (with proper categorization and tagging of contents) and how to enable end users to access specific contents of the contract instantly.

Our Solution:
Our machine learning team got into action and built the following solutions:

  • Machine Learning Document Extractor: We developed a machine learning-based document extractor capable of reading and extracting PDF contents, analyzing the text, adding necessary tags, and segregating the contents into applicable headings. It also automated date recognition and alerts, all within seconds.
  • Mobile App Chatbot Integration: We integrated a mobile app-based chatbot with Watson, becoming the front face of the entire contract management system. Users could interact with the chatbot directly through voice or text, obtaining contract details instantly.
